I have dedicated my professional life to helping Veterans in their fights with the VA to get the benefits they deserve. Working as a Veteran's Attorney is both an honor and a privilege that I will never take for granted. I'm a Veteran of the US Navy like my father before me and also have family who have served in the Marine Corps, Army, and the Air Force. Strong military blood runs through my veins, and it is my mission to do what I can for as many Veterans as possible.

Dan is a VA-accredited attorney with a true passion for kicking the VA square in the teeth - no organization in the country deserves it more. While the VA is currently making small improvements to its system, it is a long way from treating every Veteran with the fairness and dignity that they deserve. In addition to VA Appeals, Dan can help you with your Estate Planning needs such as drafting a Will, a Trust, and Power of Attorney documents. Dan currently serves as the Managing Member of Michigan Veterans Law. Dan graduated with Honors from Cooley Law school where he served as not only the President of the Military Veterans Law Student Association, but also the first Business Editor of the Homeland and National Security Law Review. He also holds a Business degree from Eastern Michigan University and formerly worked as a Financial Advisor.
Like his father before him, Dan is a Veteran of the US Navy, and currently serves as the Treasurer for a local Veteran-based non-profit - Boat4Vets. He is also a member of his local American Legion Post. As a veteran with multiple members of his family also having served, Dan has dedicated his legal expertise to helping his brothers and sisters in arms in the battle to get them the benefits that they deserve.
